CDC is excited to start operating contracts for Greater Sydney Bus Contract in Mount Kuring-Gai depot in the Sydney Northwest region.
CDC NSW will continue to deliver high quality services in Region 4 covering North West Sydney including Castle Hill, Rouse Hill, Dural and Baulkham Hills along with Region 14 covering the North Shore including Frenchs Forest and St Ives.
To ensure we can deliver the best services to the community efficiently, Region 14 and Region 12 will be combined into a new operating region known as Region 14. Together, the contracts make up a significant part of Sydney’s public transport network, covering the city’s northern and north-west suburbs and the northern beaches.
These regions are home to more than 700 buses, which transport over 18 million passengers every year. CDC NSW will generate more than 2000 jobs across NSW.
Awarded by the New South Wales Government, the new contracts are coming into effect on 21st of May 2023 and run for up to eight years.
