At CDC NSW we care for our people and understand that our employees are our greatest asset. It’s important that our people feel safe, respected and supported so they can be at their very best and achieve their potential. This, in turn, has a fundamentally positive impact on our business and the community.
It is important to foster respect and inclusion, ensuring a diverse and engaged workforce. We can serve the community better if our workforce reflects the community that it serves, regardless of gender, race, disability or sexual orientation.
Diversity and Inclusion
As part of our commitment to diversity and inclusion, we have established an internal Diversity and Inclusion program. The program embodies five leader-led groups to gain input from employees and help drive and shape our diversity actions. We want to foster an environment where all our employees feel valued and can contribute to our strategy.
The groups include

- Reconciliation@CDC
