We are proud to announce a Joint Venture (JV) between Red Bus Services and CDC NSW has been successful in its bid to operate Outer Metropolitan Bus Service Contract Region 7 (OMBSC7).
Operating as Red Bus CDC NSW Pty Ltd, the JV provide safe and reliable services to communities across the Central Coast including The Entrance, Gosford, Wyong and surrounding areas.
Red Bus Services has provided transport solutions for more than 80 years to the Central Coast. Importantly, this JV will support the ongoing Shore family legacy well into the future.

We are better together and importantly this joint venture allows us to honour our 80-plus-year history by continuing to provide our community with safe and reliable transport solutions well into the future.”

“We have a strong background in bus operations on a national scale with systems, tools and processes needed to meet and deliver Transport for NSW requirements for operators and our customers. We are incredibly proud to be delivering this contract with Red Bus.”
CDC NSW operates four Outer Metropolitan Bus Service Contract regions and two Metropolitan regions and has worked with many operators across Australia over the past 18 years. This tender win builds upon successful tender wins for CDC NSW over the past 12 months.
Awarded by the New South Wales Government, this contract with Red Bus CDC NSW is worth over $200 million and will start from 7 July 2024 and will run over eight years.
This contract will also expand CDC NSW’s operations to employ over 2,500 people in New South Wales.
