SYDNEY: 6 MAY 2026 — ComfortDelGro Corporation Australia (CDC) has appointed Joshua Peacock as Chief Executive Officer of CDC NSW, effective 1 May 2026.

Joshua brings more than 25 years’ experience in the transport and logistics industries. His extensive operational leadership in large-scale environments positions him well to drive CDC NSW’s next phase of development across public transport and charter operations.
Outgoing CDC NSW Chief Executive Officer David Mead, who led the business through a period of significant growth and transformation, including the expansion of zero-emissions bus programs, opening of our Rouse Hill depot and strengthening of key government partnerships, departed CDC NSW in February 2026.
ComfortDelGro Australia CEO Nicholas Yap said he was excited for the leadership transition.
“I am delighted to welcome Joshua Peacock into the Chief Executive Officer role of CDC NSW. Joshua is a proven leader with a deep understanding of the importance of good operations, values, and strategic direction, and I have every confidence in his ability to lead the business forward,” Mr. Yap said.
“With Joshua at the helm, we are well positioned to continue working closely with key stakeholders to deliver sustainable transportation solutions, reaffirming our commitment to environmental stewardship and operational excellence,” he said.
“David Mead made an outstanding contribution to CDC NSW during his tenure, driving meaningful progress across the business and leaving a strong foundation for what comes next,” Mr. Yap said.
“We wish David every success in his new role within the transport sector, and we are grateful for the dedication and expertise he brought to CDC NSW.”
